This Code of Conduct outlines the expected behaviors and ethical guidelines for all our employees and contractors using Mr.KIM App and its affiliated, parents and subsidiaries. By adhering to this Code, we ensure a positive experience for our customers and uphold the reputation of our company.
These Code of Conduct constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and The KIM People Limited, and concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the MOBILE APP USERS CODE OF CONDUCT HEREIN. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL THE MOBILE APP USERS CODE OF CONDUCT HEREIN, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
- Professionalism:
- You will conduct yourselves in a professional and courteous manner at all times when interacting with customers, colleagues, and the public.
- You will arrive on time for scheduled appointments and notify customers promptly of any delays or changes.
- Expertise and Skill:
- You will continually enhance your skills and stay updated with the latest techniques and industry practices to provide high-quality services.
- You will only undertake projects or tasks that fall within our area of expertise and competence.
- Honesty and Transparency:
- You will provide accurate and transparent information regarding the scope of work, pricing, and any necessary materials or permits.
- You will communicate openly with customers, providing regular updates on the progress of the project and promptly addressing any concerns or issues.
- Respect for Property, Privacy and Confidentiality:
- You will treat customers' property with care and respect, taking necessary precautions to prevent damage or accidents during the course of our work.
- You will respect customers' privacy and confidentiality, ensuring that any sensitive information remains confidential.
- You will respect the privacy and confidentiality of other app users.
- You won’t share personal information, such as contact details or addresses, without explicit consent of Mr.KIM
- Timeliness and Reliability:
- You will be punctual for scheduled appointments with the client and notify them promptly if there are any changes or delays.
- Safety:
- You will prioritize the safety of yourselves, customers, and others while performing services, following established safety protocols and regulations.
- You will use appropriate safety equipment and take necessary precautions to minimize risks and hazards.
- Fair Pricing and Billing:
- You will accurately document and itemize all billable hours, materials, and expenses.
- You agree to pay 25% commission for securing a job though Mr.KIM app.
- Quality Workmanship:
- You will strive for excellence in your work, ensure that all tasks are completed with attention to detail, precision, and craftsmanship.
- You will use high-quality materials and tools that meet industry standards and customer expectations.
- Conflict Resolution:
- You will address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, seeking resolution in a fair and equitable manner.
- You will strive to maintain positive and constructive relationships with customers, seeking feedback to continually improve our services.
- Ethical Conduct:
- You will act honestly, ethically, and with integrity, avoiding conflicts of interest, dishonest practices, or any actions that may harm our customers or our company's reputation.
- You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements governing Mr.KIM services.
- Do not use Mr.KIM app for any illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Environmental Responsibility:
- You will strive to minimize waste, promote recycling and sustainable practices in our operations, and adhere to environmentally friendly guidelines whenever possible.
- Respectful Communication:
- Engage in respectful and considerate communication with other app users, including Mr.KIM employees, contractor, other professional service providers, customers, and support staff.
- Avoid using offensive, discriminatory, or harassing language or behavior.
- Appropriate Content:
- Do not post or share any content that is offensive, abusive, illegal, or violates the rights of others.
- Respect intellectual property rights and refrain from sharing copyrighted material without permission.
- Appropriate Use:
- Use the app's features and functionalities for their intended purposes.
- Do not engage in any unauthorized use, hacking attempts, or any action that may disrupt or interfere with the app's operation.
- Reporting Violations:
- Report any violations of this Code of Conduct or suspicious activities to the app's support team.
- Cooperate with the app's staff in resolving any issues or concerns related to user conduct.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
- This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Kenya and East African Community.
- Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
- Entire Agreement:
- This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Mr.KIM App and the Customer and supersedes any prior agreements, written or verbal, relating to the subject matter herein.
By adhering to this Code of Conduct, you demonstrate your commitment to providing exceptional professional services and fostering trust and satisfaction among our customers.
All professional service providers, employees, and contractors of Mr.KIM are expected to familiarize themselves with this Code of Conduct and abide by its principles. Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in consequences, including the suspension or termination of your access from Mr.KIM mobile app.
